1:1 Weekly Challenge at Hanna Stamps- what I got!!!

I got it today!!! Isn't it so cute? My partner was Kristi Ferro the creator of Hanna Stamps. Boy did I feel special!!!! I love the paper piecing and the straw hat sun was adorable!!! Kristi used the Hanna Stamp "Fun In The Sun" and the SPF 50 mini. It looks like the cuttlebug was used too for the background. Thanks Kristi!

1:1 Weekly Challenge at Hanna Stamps- what I sent...

Last week I signed up for a 1:1 Weekly Challenge at Hanna Stamps. This is were you make 1 card or project. You have a full week to sign up, and then the next Saturday the partners are chosen. You have one week to make and mail out your card or project to your partner. The theme was Summer, and this is what I sent. I added this to my Gallery at Splitcoaststampers and got nice comments.. Thank you ladies for the support I wanted to use Hanna Stamp Fun in the Sun to stick right in the front but I did not have that stamp yet :(.

My partner was in Kim Parregeter in Canada!!! UPS really freaked me out when they told me that I had to pay $80.00 to chip International. I went straight to the post office and it was $16.00. Now that is alot better... I think that she will be able to use this....

Birthday Hanna on the Go!!

Happy Birthday Ms. Sandra!!! I just had to take the time to make this birthday card for the COO at my job!!! This Hanna looks just like her and believe me, she is always on the go... I used Jolees to compliment the card with happy birthday, birthday cake, presents and balloons stickers. I love the Nana card stock it is so colorful and so much fun to use. I thought that the Nana matstack could only be use for children projects. Boy was I wrong. The pages in this matstack all seem to compliment each other. I used stickles lime to outline and bring out her outfit.
It was fun and fast to do. Maybe because I am getting a little better :=) She loved it so much that she showed it to everyone that she had meetings with. Wow, I had no idea that it would be on display!!!

Hanna the Birthday Girl!!!

This card was so much fun to make ... I also entered it in the HSC19 Let's Play Dress-Up Challenge at Splitcoaststampers . I used my favorite Hanna (with long hair) stamp called But I Need It!!! I made this birthday card for my coworker who was giving it to her sister for her birthday. She said that her sister was an AKA and loved pink nd green. I used cardstock from DCVW Nana stack. I paper pieced the dress and the hand bags. I purchased the Jolees Happy Birthday Stickers, balloons, birthday hat and birthday cake from JoAnns. I used Marvy Uchida Super CLOUD QUOTE Punch to create Hanna's thoughts of new shoes. I accented with sparkly glitter pink from JoAnn's and Stickles™ Glitter Glue Lime Green from Hanns Stamps to accent her dress and shoes. Believe me, I am not a fan of pink and green how ever it is something about these 2 colors together. Can we say girly... My lil crafty stepdaughter saw that I was having so much fun with the glitter and decided to join in on the fun as well!! She made two very cute cards. I am so proud of her. She wanted to make a card for a friend that she went to school with and who is now movning out of town. She said that her friend loved pink. What surprised me was that she made the other card for me!!!
